This one is a picture of the US sleeve, which can stand here for all the other front covers of this release worldwide; I've never seen a different version of the artwork with the only exception of the one sold by Barfko-Swill with a brown paper envelope. See below:

"Frank Zappa RARE 45 (VINYL) Import Pic Sleeve 1980 Zappa Records Milano (Italian Import) --- CBS DISCHI S.P.A. MILANO 1980"
There's also a juke-box release of side A available, singles produced with two A-sides to avoid packing juke-boxes with boring B-sides no one really likes to listen to. Jump over here to see a label scan, you'll notice the "CI CBS 8625-1N" over there, too.

The picture sleeve "Made in Holland" was also used for the german copies. It's the same as the US release, with the exception of the catalogue number given, and the record company replaced in the tiny text at the border.

Most CBS singles and LP's for the german market were manufactured
in Holland, but in some cases also german pressings are made. The
german
release of this single has the picture sleeve "Made in Holland".
The picture sleeve is the same as the US release,
with the exception of the catalogue number given, and the record
company
replaced in the tiny text at the border.
