From two auctions on ebay America, on which the two vendor says the following:

"Up for bids here is a scarce live 7" flexidisc by Frank Zappa in performance with his son, Dweezil Zappa. Featured is "Sharleena" recorded at the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles on December 23rd, 1984. Flexidisc was released as a 'soundpage' with the January, 1987 issue of Guitar Player Magazine. The flip side features a cut by Michael Sciuto entitled "Grand Prize Stun Solo" recorded in 1986."

"Frank Zappa - Sharleena Live 12/23/84 with Dweezil Zappa! This is a flexi disc given away by Guitar Player Magazine with their January 1987 issue. This is the first and only time Frank and Dweezil played together onstage."
